Frequently Asked Questions
Once you have logged in using your account id and password, click on ‘My Account'; your account details will appear on the page called “Customer Info”, you can add/edit the information in the fields and save this information by clicking the “Update your Account” button. You can view/edit your billing/shipping addresses from the “Addresses” link next to the “Customer Info” link.
You can reset your password in two ways:
- Just log into your account, and then:
- Go to ‘My Account'
- Click on ‘Change Password'
- Enter all your necessary details (old & new password) and then click on ‘Save Your Password' button. Your password is changed.
- If you have forgotten your password or it does not work for some reason, the first step we recommend is to try the Forgot Password link in the login page to reset a new password. If this new password doesn't work, please contact Customer Support.
