Vijayalakshmi deliver’s products to all cities across India, as well as select countries outside India as may be found feasible by Vijayalakshmi. Vijayalakshmi shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges.

Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gifting addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. Shipping within India for bill value exceeding Rs.1500 is a complementary service.

Customers are requested to provide full and accurate address with proper zip code, in case of incorrect address Vijayalakshmi shall not be responsible in any manner. Please note that Billing address shall mean the address where the customer receives their Credit Card statements.  Shipping address shall mean the address where the order needs to be delivered to.  

International Shipping:
Vijayalakshmi ships worldwide to locations like Bangladesh, Canada, Kenya, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, United Kingdom, United States, U.A.E, Australia, Mauritius, New zealand and Indonesia. For international delivery the shipping charges is based on the weight of the package and the destination address. Before placing the order you can even check the approximate rate for a designated address. The actual quote will be intimated to the customer by email within 1 day of the order being placed. The product will be reserved and will be billed together with the freight charges.

Please note at the time of order creation you are clearing the freight charges only custom clearance if any will have to be borne by you or the recipient of the package.

Vijayalakshmi ensures safe delivery of all products, we use the best packaging possible. All orders are shipped by reliable transport/courier agencies and home delivered within 7days from dispatch date in India and within 15days for International orders.

Unusual Risks faced by Customers:
Vijayalakshmi shall intimate the customer by email, in case of any delay in shipping due to un-availability of stock due to unusual delay in filling an order. Vijayalakshmi shall not be responsible for loss of packages or any damages full or partial after being delivered by the carrier agency at the address provided by the Customer. 

Gifting Purpose
GIFT DELIVERIES SHALL BE SOLELY AT THE CUSTOMER’S RISK. In case the gift-recipient is not available at time of delivery and fails to accept the package, for any other reason, Vijayalakshmi will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall Vijayalakshmi attempt re-shipment of the same order. For a specific or preferred delivery date, the Customer needs to mention the required delivery date in the gift message box when placing the order. If the order does not contain any specific delivery date, the package shall be delivered according our standard delivery time (1 Week). For immediate shipment or 1 day delivery, premium shipping charges will be applicable.

Tracking Shipment:
Vijayalakshmi will provide details of shipment via email alerts to the customer once the product has been dispatched. The email alert will contain the courier agency’s web link along with the tracking number and expected date of delivery. Also the link is available on the website under each order in My Account page.

Check Order Status and Track Shipments Online
If you have a registered account with us check the status of your orders under My Account. Click on your order number for complete details, including the tracking number here you can follow the progress of shipments. If you do not have an account with us yet, set one up now - My Account.

All Courier companies make 2 delivery attempts only. In case of unavailability of the recipient, future Modus Operandi is at the discretion of the Courier Company and Vijayalakshmisilks has no liability for the same. Our staff will get in touch with you as soon as we are intimated by our courier agency. In case the package is sent back to us Vijayalakshmisilks is not liable to clear and accept the package. So we request you to receive the package and make all details available for smooth delivery.
