. How do I change My Account Details?

Once you have logged in using your account id and password, click on ‘My Account'; your account details will appear on the page called “Customer Info”, you can add/edit the information in the fields and save this information by clicking the “Update your Account” button. You can view/edit your billing/shipping addresses from the “Addresses” link next to the “Customer Info” link.

. How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password in two ways:

  1. Just log into your account, and then:
  • Go to ‘My Account'
  • Click on ‘Change Password'
  • Enter all your necessary details (old & new password) and then click on ‘Save Your Password' button. Your password is changed.
  1. If you have forgotten your password or it does not work for some reason, the first step we recommend is to try the Forgot Password link in the login page to reset a new password. If this new password doesn't work, please contact Customer Support.

. How Will I know if Vijayalakshmi Silks has received my order?
You will receive an order acknowledgement mail from us within 24 hours from the time of order authorization. In case you have not received the order please contact our customer care team at support@vijaylakshmisilks.com
. If a product goes out of stock will you notify me when it comes back in stock?
Since each product of ours is unique it would be difficult for us to replicate them with same colour and design. But if we can replicate the same design we will intimate you on this
. How do I check the current status of my orders?
After login in to your account, on the left side of the page you can see the option of Orders. Click on it and you will see the list of orders you have made with us. You can then click to the specific order and see its status and all other details like order number date of order placed, product and quantity, value, billing and shipping addresses. If the items are shipped, you can see the shipment tracking number and URL to track the shipment.

Right now we do not have the option of Cash On Delivery.
. How Secure is the website if I have to make a Purchase by Credit card or debit card?
We accept all master & visa both Indian, International & American Express. Every card has a 16 digit no. and a 3 digit CVV no. Vijayalakshmi Silks & our payment gateway partners are certified with SSL licence to protect your card information.
. Can I call order through the phone?
Yes, In case your order doesn’t get through from the payment gateway you can always call our customer service to place your order.
. How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
You will be intimated by an E-Mail as soon as your order has been dispatched. The E-mail will contain Courier Bill Number, Expected date of dispatch, Expected Date of delivery, contact information of the logistics partner, shipping address. Always keep note of your order number.

. When will I receive my order?
As soon as your order is confirmed you will receive an order no. and a confirmation by mail. It will also consist your product details and the shipping address provided by you.
. Which are the cities that Vijayalakshmi Silks deliver their products to?
We currently deliver all the cities across India, if in case shipping pin code is not mentioned in any of our zone cart please contact our customer service representative and we will make arrangement for the product to be delivered at your door step or nearest pick point.

Please find below the countries we ship to. The shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and the destination address. Before placing the order you can even check the approximate rate for a designated address. Therefore the purchase will be charged according to the country chosen to ship.
